Obituary of Ana Maria King

Ana Maria King, age 49, died at her home peacefully on October 29th, 2023.  She was a bright presence in any room she entered and loved making people feel special.  In private she was a very caring and loving mother making sure to always take care of her family even at the most difficult times of self-preservation.  Ana suffered from multiple illnesses for many years, however she made the most of her time and believed that she lived a full life.  As a kid she was always on the go.  You may have caught her traveling around town on her scooter, heading to the beach, the mall, or catching rides at Disneyland.  Ana graduated high school early and then attended the Leonard Davinci school in Italy to pursue a degree in art history.  She later graduated from UCSB with a degree in her passion, childhood education.  After graduating from college, she worked for the Department of Defense in Germany, where she learned many skills and her love for cooking.   She had a passion for music that led her to work at a record store as a teen, seeing every major rock band of the 80’s and 90’s multiple times.  Ana worked as a teacher but switched to sales to support her family.  Ana now joins her father in heaven.  She is survived by her mother Ana, her husband Michael, her children JT, Ashley, and Riley & Her Granddaughter June.  A memorial service will be held at Falconer Funeral home in Gilbert on December 3rd at 10AM.
