Obituary of Micheal Fowler

Micheal Fowler age 72, passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, in Gilbert, Arizona. He was born on November 20, 1947 in Phoenix, Arizona to Carl and Sarah Fowler, 8th of 9 children. He graduated from Washington High School in Glendale, Arizona. In 1982 he met Marie, the love of his life, who he was married to for 19 years. He worked as a engineer manager for 22 years at Motorola, where he retired from. Mike truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures such as fishing, hunting, car races, baseball, and spending time with family and friends. One of his most memorable pleasures was receiving his pilots license. He even owned his own ultralight plane for a short time, till his one and only solo flight. His greatest passion was wood working. He had a state of the art wood shop where you could find him most anytime of the day, which led him to a part-time job making furniture repairs with Norwood Furniture in downtown Gilbert. He is survived by his wife Marie, dog Chloe, brothers; Gene (Easter), Carl Lee (Barbara), sisters; Brenda Ervin, Louise Winfrey, and many nieces and nephews. Preceding in death by his parents Carl and Sarah Fowler, brothers; Jimmie, Bill, and Carroll, and sister Evelyn. Mike and his contagious laugh will be greatly missed.
