We had the good fortune to meet Keith and Pauline on a couple of occasions in North Dakota. Such a warm, engaging and fun time is those short moments. Keith even got to participate in one of the notorious Brom BBQ's, maybe a bit to Susan and Pauline's chagrin. Our condolences, and prayers for the family.

There are so many really great memories but here are just a couple. Our families were camping in a Volga River campground. It was a rainy evening and we were all just sitting in their, kind of small camper. When the campground host stopped to register us he asked how many campers there were. When we told him 9, he just looked at us in disbelief. We didn†™t tell him we were sleeping in our station wagon. Ruth brought a pan of Rice Krispie bars. When I cut the pan into 9 pieces Keith laughed like it was the funniest thing he had ever seen. I can still hear him. They had a burgundy Plymouth when they lived in Cedar Falls. It didn†™t have AC but Keith said they would ride around with the windows closed so other drivers would think they had AC. He†™d say, †œMan it was so hot in there!†
and would bust out laughing. When we would visit them on Walnut street their poodle would always jump on my lap cause it could probably tell I liked dogs. But it would get so excited it would wet on me. Pauline would always feel so badly but Keith would laugh and laugh! We never got tired of being with them, it was always so much fun. Heaven has become even better because Keith is there.

Heaven has received a wonderful person. He was a friend that can never be replaced. We did so much with Keith and Pauline. The cruise. playing Mexican Train, going to the concerts at the casinos, Las Vegas trips, target shooting in the desert, San Diego trips. Rose Bowl Parade. and all the nights of just sitting and sharing. We miss you dear friend. But you are no longer suffering. We will see you in Heaven.
